Privacy Policy

This policy applies to every Tech23 app on the App Store. Each app handles data the same way. Tech23 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) does not collect personal data through our apps.

Information We Collect

Our apps collect no personal data. They do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or similar information. They do not create an account. They do not send usage, device, or gameplay data to us.

The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send by email: your email address and the contents of your message.

How We Use Information

Because the apps collect no data, we do not use app data for any purpose. If you email us, we use that message only to reply. We do not use it for advertising, analytics, or a mailing list.

Storage

We do not store personal information from the apps on our servers or anywhere else under our control. Preferences (such as sound or difficulty) may remain on your device only and are never sent to us.

Purchases

If an app offers an In-App Purchase, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to that purchase:apple.com/legal/privacy.

Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share user data with third parties. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that collect user data. We have no parent, subsidiary, or other related entity that receives user data.

If we ever shared user data with a third party — including analytics tools, advertising networks, third-party SDKs, or a parent, subsidiary, or other related entity — that party would have to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy and as required by Apple’s App Review Guidelines.

Retention, Consent, and Deletion

We do not retain personal data from the apps. There is no account to close, and there is no in-app consent to withdraw, because the apps do not collect data. Preferences stored on your device are removed when you delete the app.

Email you send us is kept only long enough to handle your request. To request deletion of that email, write tosupport@tech23.com.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
